Which 3th platform support idn.tel management? telcp.com and telmasters.com can support idn.tel management as well as common in the past。 But since september 2012 ,both of them cant' support idn.tel, I email contact their tech,but got no answer for months; Can anyone tell me why and which platform can do this? |

any idn.tel such 投资.tel and 广告.tel under yesheng account at telcp.com; I send several mail since last month,and get no respose and no solved. |
Hello, we did check it for you some time ago. But there was no issue in adding/managing .tel through TELcp. We are aware that other Chinese .tel domains are being managed without any problem. However, we will take a look again. There are other forum members (they don't come here regularly nowadays) who use TELcp for their Chinese character .tel domain. Sorry, we can not disclose their names, unless someone volunteers to say if he/she has the same difficulty. Will be back after about 4-6hrs. Thanks. |
idn.tel can't be managed I have some dottel domain at telcp,and i can manage them at telcp.com before september this year. now when i click any idn.tel to manage,i indicates error mes but other eng domain is ok, they are at same Registrant at dynadot.com,same auth account and password; error mes as below or you can see the pic. @dot, We notice that you manage quite a large number of domains through TELcp. As you say they all have valid OAuth Tokens. We are looking into this. (This might take some time as we have to go through the logfiles to determine the cause for this.) Will let you know the outcome. Please bear with us. Thanks. ++++ |
