    One might draw a conclusion that they will be promoting a new Telnames App. Not sure but I am getting some clues from the above registrations

    Maybe Telnames is waiting for its big marketing campaign until those apps are available. That would make sense. In cooperation with phone companies new and innovative sales channels are possible.
    I'm also curious about the announced directory publishers using the Telnic API to build a custom branded environment for offering .tel as part of a presence bundle.

    Had long since forgotten about registering http://TelApps.tel - but in view of the potential focus on Tel Apps that seems likely I have just registered http://Tel-Apps.tel

    http://TelApp.tel is already taken but http://Tel-App.tel is still available at the moment.
