TelTalk dominates .tel forum chat

Just noticed the current user stats for TelTalk:

In total there are 30 users online :: 4 Registered, 2 Hidden and 24 Guests

Not surprising TelTalk dominates really, when http://telnic.org/forum is still in "lock-down" mode i.e. it forces you to register and login just to read a post !

Not only are .tel newbies discouraged by this (most won't bother to register when coming across .tel for the first time) but the search engines can no longer access the Telnic forum posts to index them !

publicity of .tel it is good to have chat as much as possible about it. Telnic get one's just deserts,
but there are still several supporters.

Would be great to have some officials from Telnic participating in the public discussion.

Sounds like you think this site was intended to punish telnic? if that's your view point that's OK your entitled to it but I'm glad you still somewhat deep down in your own self darkness recognize there's another side to discuss, though I'm not sure I like the way you formatted it as "but there are still several supporters" as if there won't be anymore as everyone who joins or not will see it your way, and those of us here still with a somewhat positive pov are of minor insignificance in the due course of goose whipping telnic in public.

No, that is not what I think.
When reading the discussions on this forum it is obvious a lot of people are angry about some missing activities which have been promised by Telnic before.
But I acknowledge a lot of people believe in the .tel concept and try to support it. No doubt that is a good thing.

Reading comments from Telnic in the past there is some confusion about this.
Telnic have never given promises. Previously Telnic gave only some insights into the planned strategy.
Meanwhile Telnic have cancelled those publications like newsletters and roadmap, but there is no obligation for any company to publish this.

Unfortunately Telnic haven't met the high expectations of those who bought .tel domains in early stage (and probably their own expectations either).
Telnic can't be blamed for that. It's not so easy to play in the same league like Facebook and Google. Just give them some time.

They took already their time by reducing the development speed. But Telnic could be a lot further if they would just do the obvious.
