The first thing any buyer will do when considering purchasing a domain (of any extension) is check the WHOIS information.
So make sure the WHOIS entry for your .tel is set to Public NOT Private - nobody is going to hand over money for a domain if they can't check out the contact details of the registered owner !
Also, use the WHOIS first line of address to ensure that anyone looking at it realises the domain is currently for sale - link it back to your domain sales site if you want to get extra traffic for that as well.
Here's how I do it for http://Susie.tel - see http://www.easywhois.com/?domain=susie.tel and note how it makes clear the domain is for sale and also refers the potential buyer to http://Domains123.tel
