After the series of domains .me (Montenegro):
    flavors.me
    about.me
    dooid.me

A new entry: the .im domain (Isle of Man):
    http://hi.im/

    "Hi,I'm
I.m your fastest way to a home page
    Everything about you.
    All in one place.
    Introduce yourself to the world
and tell your story with ease and style
    "

    (The individual pages are terrible)

Services for creating websites are booming.
But is there a second service that provides such a well-arranged control panel, the focus on contact data, the automatic integration of a mobile website AND a domain name included like the service from Telnames?
And as a bonus .tel is the only technology worldwide based on the domain name system.
This includes unknown scope of unimaginable scale.
Unfortunately this is difficult to see for all customers from Telnic, because they don't have access to this advanced technology!

The embedding of .Tel in these booming social aggregators should be the next step for Telnic. Instead of each site requesting the same information, just grab it from the DNS once. Each aggregator is connected to a .TEL page as the source. I am doing this with www.Canadian.me now. Each user gets their own page that can be fed from their own .Tel. Hybrid technology.

Compelling offer, but I have a question.
What has an e-mail address like name@canadian.me to do with .tel? Where is the connectionn?
Or is this just an example what can be done with .tel in the same way?

With a canadian.me profile you get two things: an email address @canadian.me and social icons that are shown from the connected .TEL page. eg the social icons at http://canadian.me/mark come from my .tel page via real-time DNS lookup. That's the power of .TEL that Telnic should deliver for about.me etc.

The central issue is that there is a great demand for single name spaces, aggregators or landing pages that Telnames fails to intercept. Yesterday only six new registrations on 51 new .tel!

Perhaps because of the high cost. With the cost of a single Telnames registration, I can have two domains (and two websites).

Perhaps because people, searching for a web site to build, find too limited the offer of Telnames, ignoring that Telnames does not offer "normal" web sites.

Ah, interesting the idea behind Canada.me!

So the content on canadian.me/mark comes from a .tel?

Most from Telnic; from Telnames only a handful!
People rather pay $10 for a bad design than £15 for a one-pager!

By default if you only have a .tel, then the title, icon and header from the .tel appear on the profile. As well, any social records (email, web, twitter, FB etc) from the main page of the .tel appear as icons on Canadian.me. Currently, it's still a work in progress.
