2009 a company launched a product in pure beta status
All customers told the company this product is not advanced and made all the necessary suggestions for improvement
The company haven't realized any of these suggestions
Experienced customers offered consultation and help with programming for free
The company didn't want to be bothered with that
First the company wanted to program their product itself without any help, even it is known well this is against the mechanism of the internet market
Then the company didn't want to develop anymore and thought their registrars would be happy to do this for them for free
Customers started to complain, because nothing was happing
Instead of improving the product, the company was fighting against the complains and deleted these comments
The complains grow louder and customers asked for information
The company didn't reply
Customers threatened to complain at a higher authority if they don't get a small statement
The company didn't reply
Because of very little marketing the product was not noticed by the public
The company produced amazing commercials, but never showed them to the audience
Instead of increasing the marketing the company was hiding more and more until nothing was heard from them anymore
After the company noticed their product is not sellable in beta status, they shut down all service
The company refuse to get help from well-known specialists
The product would be a valuable supplement for many phone companies, but the company don't search for strong partners anymore
Instead of developing the product, the company created another company and launched a second product in beta status with different features
The new product is missing that features from the first product which have been good
Due to regulations for internet law the company was aware that they are not allowed to launch a second product that excludes the old customers
To cover this problem up the company used a complicated construct for publishing the second product
The company tried everything to prevent that the old customers will notice the second product
The company don't want to give the benefits of the second product to the old customers
Until today the meanwhile two companies ignore all the rules of the market and don't use common sense
Still the products get developed at snail pace
It would be very easy to fulfill customer wishes and create a widely accepted product, but the company don't like doing this
And the most shocking fact is that I haven't made up any of this
