Re: Where Justin and Henri are gone?
I believe Justin is the registered owner of the Telnames business, thus he no longer needs to do anything but go and learn golf and other retirement sports, and of course Henri is one of the developers of such things so I assume hes locked in the janitors closet being whip forced to pump out apps and other goodies for the Christmas holidays.
.
Henri is available to talk to you via chat at Telnames I believe, and Justin is whatever.

No he isn't !fustachio.tel wrote:I believe Justin is the registered owner of the Telnames business...
Telnames Ltd. has Telnic Ltd. as the sole shareholder (1 share of £1 nominal value).
Telnames Ltd. has 2 directors currently - Kash of course who is CEO of both companies Telnic and Telnames, and Henri who replaced Fiona on 16 October 2012.
FWIW Telnames Ltd. has a Net Asset Value of -198,260 GBP (i.e. negative amount).

Re: Where Justin and Henri are gone?
Who knows the truth? I heard that the person who holds the position of Chief Financial Officer is the first one who goes to prison if something illegal is discovered in the company. May be a fear of possibility that something like that could happen one nice day was the reason to left a "warm place" of CFO?mikeseaton wrote:Just noticed by clicking Fiona that Fiona McKeown has now left Telnic Ltd. from her position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
I knew she had resigned as CFO of Telnames Ltd. (see http://www.teltalk.org/t781-where-justin-and-henri-are-gone#4344) but last time I checked she was still CFO of Telnic Ltd.

LIFE AFTER THE .TEL PROJECT FOR 2 KEY PLAYERS !
Henri Asseily (ex CTO & Strategist) and Justin Hayward (ex Business Development & Communications) have removed any reference to their involvement with the .tel project - at least as far as their personal .tel entries go - check out http://Henri.tel and http://Justin.tel to see what I mean !
Maybe they know something we don't - such as when it's no longer worthwhile flogging a dead horse ?

Henri Asseily doesn't need Telnic: http://www.teltalk.org/t96-2nd-3rd-june-2012-henri-asseily-at-coe-ecommerce-in-amman-jordan#301
But Justin Hayward was Business Development and Communications Director for Telnic! Why has he not done his job?

I think it should be extremely difficult to work in an office full time and at the same time to be an Actor, Musician, Writer, Composer, Presenter and FRSA.x1y2 wrote:But Justin Hayward was Business Development and Communications Director for Telnic! Why has he not done his job?
Here is a snapshot of his TEL from 2015 Jan 14:

Justin did a good job in the years 2009 and 2010. But during the last years of his employment (2011 - 2014) almost nothing was heard from him anymore.

Almost all development stopped after they fired off their former4444 wrote:Justin did a good job in the years 2009 and 2010.
Director of Policy
His TEL now is still vlad.tel
He was in office from May 2008 till October 2011 (3 years 6 months).
So, it may be that it was not Actor's and Musician's (and etc.) merit that TEL was in a relatively fast development at that time.

JimHacker.tel is currently available - see https://easywhois.com/index.php?domain=JimHacker.tel
Come on Kash you gave Justin a huge opportunity to develop his writing and acting career whilst still working as Telnic's Business & Communications Director - perhaps it's now time for Justin to repay that favour and see if he can manage to arrange some .Tel Product Placement in Yes, Prime Minister ?

If the all "development" there was about getting salaries, then, who knows, may be all "favours" were already paid:mikeseaton wrote:Come on Kash you gave Justin a huge opportunity to develop his writing and acting career whilst still working as Telnic's Business & Communications Director - perhaps it's now time for Justin to repay that favour ...
maxi wrote:In Eastern Europe, people who get such sinecure as our friend, usually share their salaries with boss of the company. Because of that, in reality for their "full-time job" they get to their hands only a half or less - not full their salary. Another part of the salary they need to bring to the boss - in opposite case there is no reason for boss to keep in a company such "employees".

It looks like that Justin Hayward performs much better now than in his old job at Telnic.

Maybe his poor performance at Telnic was not his fault. As we know, the entire management at Telnic is very bad and not interested in improving.

Re: Where Justin and Henri are gone?
Justin was a nice guy, but he was overwhelmed with the task of promoting .tel.
He didn't know how difficult it would be to enter the market with a complete new innovation.
For this great effort and a lot of assertiveness are necessary.

The people at Telnic have always thought success can be reached with a 9 to 5 work day.

Had he any education at the field of business management or internet engineering?x1y2 wrote:4444 wrote:It looks like that Justin Hayward performs much better now than in his old job at Telnic.

If no, then the abilities just to play guitar or act in the theatre plays are surely not enough to hold a position in company's management.
