I think one page .tel like this one has a limited usage and will not make .tel popular but on the other hand take a look at this site www.nevadahotels.tel
All we need is to have directory like this one for every profession or business and multiply it by millions of cities around the world and we have a huge winner.

Most other developed .tel are full with clutter, many keywords and useless information.
.tel would work much better if they are clearly arranged like this one, especially on cell phones.
