Smart man. If Telnic has proven anything, it is that they are incompetent and not worth investing in.

That's a little bit difficult without going through the drop lists of the last 4 years. Perhaps Mark could create a list, but it would be complex.Boracay wrote:Can you show us a list of that 10,000 please?
A few years back Peter registered every German domain name imaginable. Later he dropped his domains constantly.
His company Telvision GmbH can't be found on the internet anymore.
The last domains will drop this summer. You can check the daily drops and find a lot of his domains.
If you are still interested in the list, I recommend contacting Peter Horn directly:

Well it sounded like ABOUT to drop 10,000 after holding for 4 years.
I don't have time to scour the drops day to day.
Thanks anyway

No, he owned 10,000 in the beginning and reduced them over the years.Boracay wrote:Well it sounded like ABOUT to drop 10,000 after holding for 4 years.

Peter Horn has obviously "got real" about .tel's current prospects - along with several others recently - including myself !Tel wrote:Peter Horn who registered about ten thousand .tels back in 2009 is dropping all his domains in 2013 (his landrush domains included): horn.tel
Perhaps we are all wrong and Mark Kolb, who I note is still picking up dropping .tel domains, is the one who is right ?
Maybe - but I wouldn't bet time or money on it at the moment !

Mark was right about many things. For example he said that any pressure on Telnic will not change anything. He was right. Tons of complaints (even through ICANN) didn't make Telnic to change or improve anything.mikeseaton wrote:Perhaps we are all wrong and Mark Kolb, who I note is still picking up dropping .tel domains, is the one who is right ?
Of course nobody can make money from .tel now, but certainly Mark is thinking much further about a different time.
