    - text can't be inserted
    - rich content is impossible
    - contact entries don't get indexed

    2. .tel is user-friendly:

    - only insiders can insert pictures and videos

    3. .tel is a global directory:

    - Telpages is like Google in beta
    - no reasonable sorting of search results

    4. .tel is open source:

    - nobody is allowed to take part
    - all developers have been kicked out

    5. .tel will chance the way to communicate:

    - exchange of ideas is not wanted
    - the official .tel forum is hidden
    - Telnic refuses to response since years

    6. .tel is transparent and open:

    - Telnic hides the connection to Telnames
    - nobody knows what is going on
