    Quick Update of Logo

I've updated the free quick update tool to support direct image loading. If you already have images hosted on the internet, for example at gravatar.com then you just need to provide those links. A bit quicker than going through CTH. However, for those of you who have multiple domains and subdomains to populate, the tool will also allow bulk loading of images tomorrow.

Not used the tool before, will give it a try with my new logo.
    Thank You very much Mark

Quick update, by having to provide:
    CTH User ID:
    CTH Password:
    ?...: Naaa...
    .

Depends on who you are and whether you need the convenience. Waiting on OpenID authentication, but for now it's a total trust thing. Got 100+ users, no complaints.

    Bulk Logo and Color Manager

I've released my bulk logo and template color tool after help and feedback from some early beta testers.
    Saving me lots of time.
Feel free to update several subdomains at once with your logo and color combo.
Free for now, later just requires a link back to any of my sites as with all my free tools.
And YES, it requires your CTH userid and password until OpenAuth arrives.

You can attempt more than 30, but until I move the server to unlimited capacity, it's whatever you can squeeze into 30 seconds - I have no control. Looking at about 2 weeks before the move.

    Bulk Logo and Color Manager

A couple more enhancements to the bulk logo loader:

    ► preset colour palettes
    ► Gravatar.com support

    JLouisBiz03-12-2010 01:29 PM

That is exactly what happens when there is no DEFAULT to place LOGO on all subdomains. People invent what is expected.

    Mark Kolb (Kprobe)03-12-2010 01:44 PM

Yes, necessity is the mother of invention. I don't know if Telnic will provide a default logo in the next update but since you can't do bulk management in the CTH, tools get created for those who need them n now. I create for my own requirements, then share with the community.

You little beauty, what a ripper of a tool, folks

Mark, I tried your BETA Bulk Logo & Colour Management Tool tonight & it's just the ant's pants for simplicity combined with functionality. Now that's the sort of BETA software I CAN accept...

I highly recommend this little beauty to everyone; just a few more characters allowed in the Label/Alt tag field & Bob's your uncle, Mark.

You've even got 3 nice preset colour schemes to choose from, as well as a much easier colour palette tool than Telnic's at present. :p

(Any easy way of adding more presets, maybe from a user's text file uploaded etc? Probably too-hard basket for now.)

Once again, what a ripper of a tool, folks! Thank you Mark.

I second that, neatly done. I'll happily pay to use that when time limit is lifted.

    Thank you Mark!
