    This Quick Setup is going to be great for .tel, I'm wondering if someone is not ready to input this information upon first login are they ever able to access this Quick Setup again?

    ynp, yes they are. The quick setup tool looks at two things:

    1 - Is the .tel populated?
    2 - Does the account that the .tel in have other .tels which are populated?

    If the answer to both is "No", then the quick setup will be shown every time the user logs in. Of course you can skip the quick setup if you wish and go stright to the control panel.
