I am immune to offensive. I would not have otherwise http://stupid.tel The almighty Google translates 拨一间屋子 as "Allocated a room". I bet, Chinese would write it differently then we think. |

Perhaps it would be nice if Telnic would publish detailed rules and requirements for IDN domains written in a plain language. And also a procedure for their registration in TEL zone. As TEL is not only for professional domainers, but also for broad public (which can be ignorant of IDN nuances) then such information could help all these people (me including). |
maximka, have you seen the FAQs on IDNs - http://telnic.org/faq.html? We've tried to cover the basics as well as the more complex nuances involved with them in there. |

P.S. Looked few languages, and found that here Russian language IDN policy not available: “The requested URL /downloads/policies/IDN_Policy_Russianh.pdf was not found on this server.” |
