Hellooooooo
Is there sombody
I need to fix some things And cant enter my account

TELcp05-18-2012 03:59 PM

@dutch

We received your email to support@telcp.com which is more active than this forum for TELcp support.

Unfortunately, the email address you used to contact support@telcp.com does not exist in our database. Hence the delay in replying to your email message.

The reason is you have used a different email address to open the tel Owners account.

All you have to do is to enter the correct email address of your account to the "Forget password" window.

TELcp system is fully automated.
In fact, you do not have to depend on anybody, as long as you follow the instructions.

Hope this helps.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Cheers!

P.S. You can also send PM through this, although not as fast as direct email to support with the correct email address.

dutchstreetdog05-18-2012 04:53 PM

no no no

i used that email before so you must have caneled it
anyway you say i must use the "forget password feature"
But thats the thing, it not reconize my email, so then what
And i am almot 100% shure that my username is the right one!?!?!!?

TELcp05-18-2012 08:30 PM

@Dutch

Your tel Owner account still exists in the system.
We have never deleted any accounts.

If you use the correct username, then you must be definitely using a wrong password.
Or else you may be using a wrong username.

However, for your convenience, we have sent you a pass word rest request to the email address of your account. Please check email (including spam/junk folder) and click the link to reset your password.

You can use desktop or any smartphone to access TELcp.

Cheers!

TELcp05-18-2012 08:35 PM

@Dutch

Please make sure you use the tel Owners login section at https://www.telcp.com/owners/login.php

Your account is at tel Owner's section. Not in tel User's section.

Cheers!

dutchstreetdog05-18-2012 08:57 PM

Welllllll you must have thone somthing

TELcp05-18-2012 09:02 PM

@Dutch

We noticed that you manage to log in just now.
We did not do anything special.
Just used the same "Forget password" request (in tel Owner's section) using your own email address.
So, you received the link. Clicked and logged in now.

Have a nice weekend!

dutchstreetdog05-18-2012 09:18 PM

No no i didnt click nothing !
I just logged in with my own username And password
I must have done somthing wrong, mabey used The tel user box
instead of the telowner
I cant hardley believe, but i now the imposseble is posseble !!!
So Anyway i am in And am not going to change notthing!

1 suggestion
Your machine shoul reconize all domains at on time
Because its so much work to do 250+ manualy !

2 suggestion
What stop mi from using your tool is that when i make folder with telnic CTH
your machine still dont regonize the new folder
Verry much trouble

And i still didnt find the option to search subfolder, to make adjustments
Now i scroll them all manualy pffff

But i am shure when i start using your machine more often
i will find all the useful things

Your machine looks realy realy heavy and efficiënt
Thankssssssssz

dutchstreetdog05-18-2012 09:23 PM

Sorry, we do not agree with your comment.
We are pretty sure EITHER you did not type the right email address at tel Owner log in box OR probably typed the correct email address at tel User log in box (wrong log in box for tel Owner).

Thanks.

Your request is not very clear. Can you explain exactly what you mean by "recognize all domains at on time"

We explained this to you few month ago.
When you start using TELcp, you must create folder through TELcp.
Otherwise, there is no way for TELcp to know what you do outside TELcp.
TELcp reads & syncs all your existing sub folders only at the time of adding a tel domain.
After that, for TELcp to remember new folders, it has to be created through TELcp.

We cannot allow TELcp to sync (refresh all sub folders) every time, because TELcp has a built in tel User Management system as well.

This has also been explained earlier.
However, the procedure is as follows:
a) Login to you tel Owner account
b) You will see "Search telpages". Expand it. You will see the input box to search
folders. Just type the folder name. That's all.

We are glad that you realise this.
This little effort will definitely save lot of time.

Cheers!

First
I mean when you start autorize a domain with open auth
Then it shout automaticly do all the domains that someone owns
Now you must do one bey one!
If someone have a lot of domains it coast him a week to autorize all And put them in your machine!

Two
If its not posseble to reconize folders, made outside Telcp, its ashame
It would bey handy, put whats not posseble is not posseble
And when you use ecxlusively Telcp, this problem not excist

"We are pretty sure EITHER you did not type the right email address at tel Owner log in box OR probably typed the correct email address at tel User log in box (wrong log in box for tel Owner)."

Thats not what i mean!
I already said that you are probely right
And The imposseble could bey posseble

I mean the "Forget password". Option !
There i have used the Same email that you have for my account,
(and emailed mi the reset that i dint need)
so that should have being regonize
But it said somthing like " no account related with the emailadres" or somthing simulair
So that was not reconized bey your "recover password" option !

And that make mi think that i used the good username And password from the beginning
But i cant bey shure 100%, but you can see those things in logfiles i think!
But its not so important

Or do there excist two separete "recover password" systems
One for telowners And one for tel users?
Then it could bey posseble i mixed those two upp

But believe mi i do now how to typ my email adress !!!!
And i typed it multiple times !!!!

Anyway ones again RESPECT for your machine
It is designed realy realy super, the desktop And mobile version!
So notthing negative to say about Telcp realy realy realy

We recommend to keep separate CTH accounts for each tel domain.
Having more than one tel domain in one CTH will slow down all your operations due to throttling.

Therefore, we suggest you to create separate CTH account.
This means if you own 250 tel domains, then it's better to have 250 CTH accounts (under one registrar or many registrars).

TELcp is not just an alternative to CTH control panel. It has an integrated tel User management system Therefore, in order to carry out different tel User related tasks, TELcp system should recognize each individual sub domain. So we designed the system, to work like what it is today, after giving lot of thought based on our experience with previous versions and user feed back.

++++

Well, if you need different features we can design a system similar to TELcp accordingly.
But, it will cost you. If interested, please send PM with your requirement. Then we will send you a quote.

Or you may wait until mid June to see our new web application.
Again, we can customize this too.

++++

TELcp at www.telcp.com is for general use.

Hope this info helps.

Cheers!

dutchstreetdog05-19-2012 10:18 AM

Yes you now what you doing
I can see that, and like it
RESPECT

TELcp05-19-2012 08:31 PM

@Dutch
If you own your tel domains at Name.com, now it is easier to manage CTH accounts.
They have now restructured their "CTH Account Management" page as a result of our request for few changes.

Anyone with a large domain folio and having independentt CTH accounts may have noticed certain changes since yesterday.

Cheers!
