    Is this guy cybersquatting on...

    ...Telnic.co ?

Given the rising star of .co from CoInternet.co it might be worthwhile trying to obtain Telnic.co from the current registrant

Not sure if a cybersquatting complaint could be made (is Telnic a trademark registered overseas ?) regarding this Canadian-based registration.

Perhaps he should read his own legal terms regarding trademarks!

    For the record, here's a list of Telnic's 15 (13 Live, 2 Dead) USA-filed trademarks - http://www.tmquest.com/results.asp?m...Telnic+Limited

iTel is a great brandable name, which would fit perfectly with Apple's product line of iCloud, iMac, iPod, iPhone and iPad.

Apple as we know are leaders in new product markets - even though they are not necessarily the first with the idea - they have this amazing marketing ability (who else could sell laptops like the MacBook Pro at twice the cost of a Windows equivalent) coupled with a huge worldwide distribution network.

They are on the lookout for companies with leading edge products to buy out or form alliances with, have millions in the bank, and make decisions.

I wonder what it would take for them to be interested in .tel - worth a phone call Kash ?
