    App Links

Not sure if I can explain this correctly but I will try,

I am having trouble with using protocol application links, setting as a web does not seem to allow it due to validation concerns.

Can we have a none validate check box on WEB? or a new WEB for APP Protocol

Perhaps hiding the link and only showing as click option like goto but without the folder.

I need to be able to store links like this and them being clickable to open various things.

Heres an example by clicking file:///C:/ you can view your c hard drive if not paste it into your navigation bar at the top in your web browser, this works with protocols if the browser understands them and if not it askes to register the application.

We all ready have the protocols for mailto: & skype: we do not have an option for adding our own app links.

This link automatically opens Second Life, a program then opens the group were by someone can join it all without searching just automatic.

    secondlife:///app/group/b5b56645-c1d...f2245ad8/about

Other people need to store app links as well, why? because if your .tel is setup to work with its own application then having a link like calculator:///open should be allowed.

Even adding the http:// still don't allow it as well as crushing it in a bit.ly.

    Please add app links.
