TEL owner when decided that he needs such a function when a specific subfolder of his TEL may be managed by the selected user, creates in a Telhosting panel a necessary subfolder and marks it there with a special "tick", and then there appears a subpanel where owner specifies the password and nick, by which user can enter into a special separate "user’s" Telhosting panel where under such password and nick the subfolder is available for editing.
By selecting the appropriate options in that subpanel the owner decides what particularly will be available for editing by user in such "user’s" Telhosting panel: - changing of contacts, texts, advertisements, avatars, images; - creating of new subfolders, going down from this subfolder, - creating new subfolders, which will be managed by another new users (with or without ability for them to create additional subfolders, going downward).
To solve such a function technically, perhaps, is possible by blocking in such "user’s" Telhosting panel the access of the user to all contacts and folders located in the hierarchy “above” the level of his subfolder.
For the user would be available to edit only the contacts and options of this subfolder - and of subfolders going downward: if the owner would decides to give user the option to create new subfolders.
Changing of a password and nickname for access of "user’s" Telhosting panel it would be better to leave exclusively to the domain owner.
Maybe programmers can tell us whether this is possible technically to do so, as it is described above.
