Over the last 3 years Telnic have shown impressively that they don’t know how to run a business.

    They don’t know how to
    - market a product by trusting on distribution through viral marketing only without their own initative
    - develop their service by ignoring consequently costumer requests
    - communicate with their customers by not responding to questions and complaints

Telnic had some great ideas in the past like developing a real innovative product, but unfortunately they are not able to lead it to success.
If they just would listen to the voices from outside, they would be able to change for the better. They really need to accept consultation!

I’m not so sure about this. Perhaps we just have to use different value measures:
If we compare the work from Telnic with global players like Apple or Google, of course Telnic is still a baby.
But if we compare the work from Telnic with other registries, then we can say they are much more innovative and proactive than the registries for .name, .asia, .pro or .travel!
Telnic have the potential to distribute .tel worldwide successfully in the long run; we just can’t expect it will happen fast.

    I wouldn't call nearly 3.5 years since .tel's launch in March 2009 "fast" !

Like Lady GaGa, .tel was born this way: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=45aRMPsOrKM the potential of what it will become is what makes it worth knowing we're the ones who stood by it through thick and thin, and will allow us to secretly gloat when it's re-birthed into handsets at the operating system level and everyone has it willfully or not.

    This comparison not correct.

The same - not correct compare land-seller and land-developer:
Land-seller need sell bare peaces of his land - not more.
Land-developer need first bring water, canalization, elektricity, road communications and etc to his pieces of land. Only after land-developer can sell these peices of land.

    So:
.com, .name, .asia, .pro, .travel - land sellers.
    .tel - land developer.

My opinion - as developer, .tel is lazy, incompetent, greedy, stupid and huffy seller. No chance for success. Only chance for .tel - fare off his CEO. And employ instead talanted person.

1 idiot is enough if he made set rule, and talented worker suppres his own skill. But shxxt sticks to all who share room
