BlackBerry Bold 9780 Hi Aled! We need your help with the following issues we are facing with blackberry Bold 9780 and .tel: 1- The banners DO NOT display on .tel when used on Blackberry bold 9780; 2- The sponsor links are displayed as regular text with hyper links; 3- The entire template standard format seem to have vanished. The folders are displayed like regular text. The gray background color behind each folder seem to have disappeared and the formats; Search Box with .tel and mobile, .tel is set to search only within the domain: 1- The search results displays TELPAGES at the top which in turns takes you to the domain telpages.com. It defeats the purpose of setting it to search only under the domain name. 2- Also, if you run a search with the search box provided below. The result returns a list domain that are outside the domain name. 3- What are the chances to have the search box moved to the top of the domain when used on the mobile. Or at least have an option to enable it either at the top of bottom. Many thanks for the help and support. |

tel4rent, From your description of the issue, it seems that the default mobile, rather than the smartphone mobile proxy is being shown. We'll look into why this is the case. Thanks |

sorry tel4Rent, We have identified the issue with these handsets not being recognised as smartphones. A fix is in testing at the moment and will be released with the next version of the proxy, which should be in the next few weeks. I'll let you know when it is there. Thanks, Aled |
