Edit: Title of thread should read: "The input contains invalid characters, please escape properly. ok"

The following may not be a bug, but it sure bugged me...
Entering keyword information, I copy/pasted a few hundred characters and did some editing and reformating of the info to look nice, encouraged by the following message:

    Quote:

    Anything you want...

    You have 1003 characters left.

However, when I hit enter SAVE none of my changes were saved, but instead I got this bright red box with the following message at the top of the screen:

    Quote:

The input contains invalid characters, please escape properly. ok

First of all I don't know which particular characters are invalid. Secondly, I just wasted some minutes entering and carefully tweaking a bunch of lines. May I suggest the following changes...

    1) Display a more meaningful message providing the specific invalid characters and/or
    2) Highlight the invalid characters with a red color, but by all means...
    3) Don't erase what was just entered into the edit box, forcing all text to be re-entered/ re-edited (especially without clear idea yet of what was invalid).

    Many Thanks
