    CTH Time out

    Aled,

Is it possible to lengthen the period before time out in the CTH? I have lost keyword text about eight times in the past week. I know I should save more frequently but I forget when I'm concentrating

    Hi,

Is it definitely timing out? How long are you in there without updating? The alternative is that your computer's IP address is changing, which will also result in you automatically being logged out for security purposes. You could check this by using a service such as http://whatsmyip.net/ before you log in and then again if you are timed out to see if that has changed.

    Hi Aled,

Thanks for the response. I'm going to check today and can then be more specific.

    Regards.
