iphone app mytel freetext error Hello i am facing a issue with mytel app 2.0.3 on a iPhone 3G 4.1 When i am in a subfolder in the freetext area with 2 diferent freetext labels and there is a lot of content in i cant remove it ! Its just stuck! And i also cant fill in more freetext! This onley happens when there is more then a good amount of free text somtimes i can delete it with the cut option but onley somtimes! I mentiond this issue before and dont believe i am the onley one facing this problem It happens with more then one domain Are there people that use mytel intensivly and facing the same problem? PLEASE LET MI NO AND GIVE MI SOME SUPPORT so i can clean sombodys ears overhere!!:mad |
Hello Dutchstreetdog, Sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Just a couple of questions for us to be able to investigate. When you are having problems adding more content, is it possible that you are hitting the 2,000 character limit? The changes that you are trying to make, do you have any similar issues when you use the control panel on the same text? Thanks, Aled |
hello Hello aled Thx for the respons To awnser your first question No not by far! Its already happening with +- 300 carecters The second question No It never happend on the controlpanel! same domain same text 10 minits later and my iPhone is fine this never happens on my iPhone onley in the mytel app! I swear the app must bey broke or i eat my shoe!!!!! And this is already months going on The curser just keeps flasing and not adding or removing notting I am 100% shure its a bug and i am not the onley one! Dutch - thanks for raising this. We have identified the issue, which is that currently the MyTel app is restricting Free Text Keyword entry to 255 characters. We're working on a fix to include in the next release. I'll let you know once this is available. |

I hope it's 4.2 compatible, because right now...multitasking does not work. It's a great speedy tool, only as long as one can stay within the tool, and jumping around cutting and pasting from other apps currently is not possible Edit: update... Looks like Henri is currently working on it adding 4.2 multitasking. Nice |
