    Sedo .Tel Selling Question

If I put a .Tel on Sedo's marketplace with a make offer price of 50$ and someone offers 50$ I think I would be correct in thinking that I could then put that .Tel up for Auction.

My question is: If I start an Auction am I allowed to Set my own Reserve Price to say $250 or because someone offered me $50 in the marketplace listing, does that $50 offer now become my reserve price by default.

So if no one bids more than $50 they automatically get it for $50

    hello

if there are no more bids your domain will be sold for $50.

you cant set a reserve if you send it to an auction.

    thanks

    Hi Panklitos

Many Thanks but just to clarify when you say you cant set a reserve if you send it to Auction, I take it you mean that if the offer on marketplace was say $100 and then I put that .Tel in Auction then that $100 would in fact be the reserve.

Sorry if it sounds obvious but never done Auctions before.

in sedo you cant start an auction by yourself. someone must make you a bid to send it in an auction. so that amount will be the lowest and if there are no more bids then you will need to sell it .

    thanks

Don't send it to auction untill your reserve price has been met. Also bear in mind sedo's fee will be taken from the actual sale price. So include this in your reserve.
If you send it to auction for 60 and you don't get anymore bids then your take home amount could be 10 if sedos fees are 50...
Beware I think sedos fees have risen since December so this would be worth checking.. However when the sedo control panel will let you know the what your take home price would be.
