Can I change the order in the right?

In my domain http://tdah.tel in the right, I have image, adsense and related links. And the question is: Can I change the order?

no - not the order of the image, adsense and related links sectios but you can control the order of the records within the respective grouping. i.e. which of the two adsense records comes first, etc.

And also test your results on a mobile handset, because the placement of text ads (at right on desktop) are placed at bottom on a handset (just before the last imagead) and then with related ads appearing even later... absolute last.

flexibility in the ordering of grouped elements would be nice. :-)

but in telmasters I can put the position 100... and change this position????

that position number only effects within the group itself. It doesn't change the actual position of the 'section'. i.e, if you said 105 for 1 adsense and 102 for your second, the second adsense would appear above the first thanks to your positional value.
