    1.) A community gets only support from its initiators as long the community speaks in the mind of its initiators.

    2.) A great business idea is worth nothing as long it isn't maintained accordingly.

    3.) Check out the mentality of the management thoroughly before you invest your time in their product.

    4.) Don't expect trustful collaboration from a money oriented business partner.

    5.) A manager does what is best for him and not what is best for the customers of the business.

    6.) Don't count on a business always complying with the law.

    7.) In business ignorance is greater than trust.

    8.) The only purpose of customers is bringing money to a business.

    9.) Watch incidents and follow your feelings when doubts occur about the reliability of a company.

    10.) Expect the worst.
