What are the future options for Telnic now?
- Insolvency?
- Sale of the company?
- Business closure?
- Exploitation of assets?
- Rights reversion for the TLD .tel to ICANN?

I've informed ICANN about this drastic change:
https://forms.icann.org/en/resources/compliance/complaints/registries/formAll employees of Telnic has been gone since last year.
Since beginning of March 2015 a London accounting firm has taken over the business of Telnic:
Calder & Co
Chartered Accountants

London
SW1Y 4NW
Telephone: 020 7839 6655

See: http://companycheck.co.uk/company/03555437/TELNIC-LIMITED/companies-house-docs
Who will continue the administration of the TLD .tel, since Telnic isn't able to execute the business operation of it?

Just for reasons of clarification:
Are Calder & Co. the insolvency administrators of Telnic?

We can't know this for sure until it has been made public that Telnic is officially in administration.
But considering the discussed circumstances this seems to be the only logical explanation for the new events.

Since long Telnic (Telnames) works in secret. Probably their people aren't informed about the new occurrences that make all further activities obsolete.

I wrote:Dear Sir or Madam,
As a customer of Telnic Limited I wonder why the office of Telnic has changed to your address:

Is something wrong with Telnic?
Are you the insolvency administrators of Telnic?
I would appreciate if you could send me a brief information about your role at Telnic.
Thank you

It will be appreciated that the duty of client confidentiality precludes us from entering into a dialogue with third parties. We can however confirm that we are a firm of Chartered Accountants. We are not Insolvency Practitioners, nor are we licensed to carry out insolvency work. In common with the majority of our corporate clients, Telnic has elected for its Registered Office to be held at this office as a matter of convenience.
Sincerely
Calder & Co

Thank you! So why Telnic needs a new registered office? What can be the reason for that?

Again, since Telnic refuses an open communication we can only speculate:
The most probable case would be that Telnic needs somebody taking care about the business correspondence and accounting responsibilities after the contracts for all employees have been terminated.

For me it looks like that Telnic is preparing for very quiet years.
My guess is that Telnic has seen the financial shortage coming and reacted in advance by firing the complete staff and quitting the London office.
Hence we can expect that Telnic will stay in charge - and in consequence nothing will happen with .tel during the next years!

That certainly would appear to be the case.
When one of Calder & Co's clients goes bust a 3rd party Insolvency Practioner is appointed - there's an example (note the Registered Office address) of such an occasion at https://www.thegazette.co.uk/notice/L-60649-1913544
