Very interesting reading.
It shows the future direction: much more effort is needed to satisfy market demands in the future.
Unfortunately, the opposite is happening with .tel.

Interesting article - here's the conclusion:
Now more than ever, in a world flooded with cognitive noise, the world needs simple, intelligent, integrated ecosystems of information. The sooner designers embrace this need, the better prepared we'll be for the future.
I wonder if Tenic/Telnames have read this article, analysed the ideas put forward, and considered if/when/how .tel needs to adjust to the changing landscape described by the well-respected Mashable ?
