The same message appears in the control panel when I try to enter an image (doesn't matter what size it has):

Minimum image size for headers is 490x291px.
Did you use the correct format?

    Yes, I did.

    It's a general problem:

    1. It affects logos and header images.
    2. The same, previous deleted images can't be inserted again.

The mentioned error message above appears.

No one else with this problem?

Do only two people use Telhosting?

Pictures and PDF files got hosted on the previous Telnames servers.
Probably the connection to these servers has been disabled after 13th March.
Hence, no new pictures and PDF files can be inserted anymore.
If you have inserted your pictures and PDF files before 13th March, they are still resolving.

    That's fantastic.

    In December 2016, Telnic announced:
The new platform does not support a number of features from the current platform detailed in the list below. The decision to exclude these features was based on customer feedback and usage statistics.
Very soon, Telnic will be able to to exclude pictures and PDF files because of low numbers in usage statistics.

Then Telhosting will be completely dead.

@dl7 - I faced the same problem with a Header image I wanted to use - but I found a solution.

Instead of loading a Header image under the "Design" tab, I simply loaded the image as an Image Advert under the "Dashboard" tab - worked a treat - no problems !

    Thank you, Mike!

But there is no substantial solution to insert images, logos and PDF files.

Two weeks after the introduction of the Telnames template, it doesn't work in an adequate way.

This really shows in what direction Telhosting is heading.

    I'm afraid, too.

.tel becomes the TLD for people not older than 10 years.

It's hard to take Telnic seriously.

Give Telnic a chance to make it right. Surely, Telnic isn't aware about the problem.

I have just contacted Telnic's customer service and reported the problem. Let's see what they will answer.

The iPhone does not show the map. When you click, It's just a blank box. I think this is a CRUCIAL issue. Viewers Can't locate us when looking at where we are on the local vicinity map.

I'm still waiting to hear back from cservice

Ps. I've tried this on at least 5 of my telhosted .tels
Specifically I'm writing about IPHONE. Not android or other devices. I'm talking about 1 billion iPhones that can't see the map.

The support of Telnic is quite good. I received the following answer:

Telnic wrote:We are aware of a problem in this area and are currently investigating but don't currently have an ETA to provide. In the meantime if you have any urgent changes then if you can supply us the image(s), instructions and the domain you want it used for then we will be able to action this on your behalf.

    You can't!
Telnic hasn't included the PDF section in the iPhone app.

Yes I understand that now. Did receive a response from telnic about that. It's unfortunate that all functions are not included in just 1 place. That's just creating a time and logistical problem for use of the .tel platform.

Hoping they put things in the app.

Ps telnic did offer to do the PDF insert for me.
Not sure if this is just an interim solution because I have many .tels that I wish to use with PDF's if google is indexing the PDF content
