It's nothing to do with telnames, anyone who uploads a video can at anytime click the "disable embedding" option aka they can stop others using their video for purposes not intended by them, it's a blanket ban on embedding tick box.
Eg, someone writes an article and embeds someones video from YouTube, the YouTube person finds out maybe because they get lots of negative comments and down likes based on what the article "they're not affiliated with" has said about their video/them etc.
So they disable the ability for the article to have it embedded, thus reducing some of the negative feedback.
So what ever happened if that's his video, makes it also useless for him to embed it in his telnames contact domain, as YouTube wont allow it to play until he turns it on for everyone.
Other reasons for disabling it could be due to someone monetizing their work via adverts on a 3rd party site with it embedded, much like when you go to watch a tv show or anime online.
Or any number of reasons.
Also "Comments are disabled for this video." thus someones been trolling or giving negative reviews etc, or he didn't pay for the video after a 3rd party made it and uploaded it for him.
Or he had a falling out with the maker or any number of reasons.
