I agree there is no better solution for cell phone usage than .tel.
Perhaps .tel is not fully developed yet, but no other solution provides a better access to contact data.
In the long rung this should pay off for everybody who stays patient with .tel!

@moonlight - good post - I find that these days I am watching (via Google Analytics) what type of device my traffic comes from for my key sites such as http://www.BoatSearchEngine.com and http://www.Domains123.com
GA is great in that its stats go down to even the type of smartphone/tablet being used.
Needless to say iPhone and iPad dominate !
