How should controversial topics about .Tel be treated on this forum?

This forum had a forum section "Too Hot for the Public" before. I have closed it, because I didn't want to hide anything what is not against the law. After some suggestions from members I want to let you decide how to treat these topics in the future.

I suggest there is a fourth option you can offer in you poll :

Treat it   PUBLIC, still flame insulting posts, BUT put it on a kind of a specific public AREA

with keywords as vision/ controversy/ prediction/ bet/ future for this type of AREA,

with a WARNING foreword to several categories of readers not to read further , and clearly explaining that because of the specificity of TEL there are various type of vision for the future some pessimistics , some positivists , in the red oeans of new TLD sunrises
