Under the Primary Payment Section aka Payment Methods we should be able to place one Primary Payment Link, this later should be where the pay/donate by .tel to .tel link should be.
Because I find it's wrong to place it with regular web links as without the information that's at the bottom for other payment methods it's missing context, and gets in the way so while it's something I want and need to keep it should be partnered to the payment methods section aka just under it.
