To whom it may concern,
I suggest that you read the following and assess all of the content on this site with regard to a) the definitions of online defamation b) the number of instances this occurs on the site and c) your ability to provide adequate moderation of current and previous posts with a community hell bent on expressing defamatory views that, if they continue, we will have to address from both a personal and a corporate perspective.

I would suggest that the only adequate solution to this would be obvious, and one that you have previously considered.
