"Surprisingly" they have the amazing idea to contact Google. (Finally!) And they try it through Twitter now:
Good luck with it! If Telnic get lucky, then the Executive Chairman of Google will read his thousands of spam messages daily.

@Expert - Useful links for forum readers, but unfortunately too late now for Telnic in its current guise !
Here's a Google link Telnic staff may find more useful in the not too distant future !

I'm not sure if Google would be interested in employing completely clueless internet experts who have proven that you don't care about customers' needs at all.
(I mean this in particular in relation to the product design, development and engagement.)

The only chance for Telnic to survive is to fire the management immediately and hire someone with common sense!

It's a little bit too late for that. That was necessary two years ago!

Company life in the UK doesn't tend to work like that - certainly where the majority of shareholders are not actively involved in day to day matters as in this case - the people who do the hiring and firing are the management themselves !
But there is a case in Telnic/Telnames of managment leaving volountarily - here are some examples of Telnic/Telnames management who have left the .tel project:
Fiona McKeown - http://fiona.tel - ex Financial Director
Nadya Morozova - http://nadya.tel - ex User Liaison
Mark Ellis - http://markellis.tel - ex Head of Online Marketing
Henri Asseily - http://henri.tel - ex Chief Technical Officer and Strategist
Justin Hayward - http://justin.tel - ex Business Development and Communications Director
IMO the departure of Henri Asseily was the final straw for Telnic/Telnames custody of the .tel project.
Henri was the technical brains behind the company, the person responsible for ensuring Phase 2 happened (Dial/Email/Skype by Name - the reason .tel was developed in the first place) and the developer of the mobile phone apps.
Henri may well still be a shareholder of Telnic/Telnames, but a look at http://henri.tel and his Twitter blog at https://twitter.com/rikkles makes the situation clear - try to find any reference to his work at Telnic/Telnames there !

That is a big, big mistake! So we've found the biggest weakness of Telnic: Telnic is located in the United Kingdom where nobody controls a mismanaging manager!

It's unfair to say this is a British problem; it's a specific Telnic problem ! ! !

My opinion is that Telnic has done nothing wrong.
But on the other hand they have a big leak in following the rights things - and they don't have the right strategy.
That's a tragedy, mostly for themselves!

Telnic was incorporated in April 1998 and in September 2014 Telnic still hasn't a single contact at Google whom to ask such questions?
What has Telnic done the last 16 1/2 years?

Very good questions!!
There's nothing more important than talking to as many people as possible at Apple and Google as often as possible.
It seems that Telnic missed it completely!

Times are changing.
2009 / 2010 Telnic was on the right track.
But then Telnic have started making strategic mistakes.
Telnic thought the early, low sales figures don't justify continuing as before.
And so Telnic stepped on the brake.
As result sales figures collapsed.
Now it's even more difficult to fight the current misery!
