Real-time information and analysis of all .tel domains www.telsites.info now can filter domains by a "Development Index", which provides an analysis of the contents of each tel's first page. Not a precise science but an indicator of how sites are progressing. 63% of tel domains have yet to have any content while about 30-35% are being developed and perhaps 2-5% can be considered directories.
