Problem & bug when clicking links

    1. If I click a link with the left mouse button, the related website opens always in a new window. The domain owner cannot decide the related website should open in a new tab of the browser instead.
    (That's a deficit.)
    2. If I want to open a link with the right mouse button, I have to target exactly the link itself. If I press the icon in front or the headline or the highlighted background of that link instead, the menu item doesn't appear.
    (That's a bug.)

OK, it's possible to see it differently. But the second point should be corrected!

    Aled02-06-2012 10:26 AM

Serg - it seems that there is an issue with one of the nameservers which we are currently investigating. I shall let you know when I have further information.

    Serg02-06-2012 10:32 AM

very bad, it means that the system is very vulnerable.

    Serg02-06-2012 10:42 AM

    server is running

    Aled02-06-2012 11:00 AM

Serg, yes we have an update in place which has removed the issue while we continue to investigate the cause. Please let us know if you see any further issues.

My apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    Hello Alex,

I wouldn't necessarily call it a bug, it is just the way that the link has been created. The vast majority of users will left click a link to open it and they can do this on both the text and the image. The small minority who wish to right click can do this on the text. I have, however, noted your concern regarding this and it is something which will look to update at some stage.

    Thanks,
    Aled[/size]

Very nice, Aled! Thank you for your support!

Is there any reason why link details have to be displayed on the site? - eg. if one has to make a link from the TEL to an article on another site, the link appears in the second line. May look more professional without link details being displayed.
    Thoughts?
