    Aled,

Telnic's websites are well out of date. Are there any plans to update them?

    dialaroom05-22-2013 06:42 PM

Agree it needs a thorough update, what really annoys is the Telnames site which has a tab entitled What is .tel, then goes on to describe what a telnames.tel is, nor does it. It does not tell you the limits of a telname, but says "Presents all your essential contact information .... and more misleading it says Telnames
Gets you found in search ....... With Telnames you're lucky to get indexed let alone found.

It really seems Telnic does not want anyone to know about the original .tel and hopes everyone with them will go to telnames. So sad!

    Blunderer05-22-2013 07:56 PM

Well Telnames is a separate issue. I raised this because I was updating my own website today, and realised that I've been involved with this for four years (doesn't time fly when you're having fun?), and following links from my site led me to Telnic's site - to see if there was anything I should refer to in mine - that was when I spotted the date at the bottom.

Good spot Roy. We'll have that updated as soon as possible.

Under settings in the CTH, you can turn off the click-thru to the telnic website
