Market Research re non-active forum members

Just noticed the forum activity stats are:

    Members: 757, Active Members: 51

Just an idea, but how about a survey being conducted by Telnic asking the 706 Non-Active Members why they no longer feel it is worth participating in this forum after they made the effort to join ?

One characteristic of some Brits is if they are unhappy with service, say at a restaurant, they don't complain after the meal but just never go back and warn their friends about not going there as well.

I'm not saying that this definitely applies to .tel or this forum, but if something isn't happening in business, and should be, it's often a good idea to ask those who are unhappy "What is the problem ?".
