Service using the dot tel More and more these days I'm seeing the dot tel being used in the Vancouver area. I guess local businesses are realizing that this is the quickest and best way to start at getting online. Yesterday I was in an area just outside of my downtown and saw the sign Surrey Snow Removal using the domain surreysnowremoval.tel along with their telephone number. I know the company I work for recently decided to take the jump into dot tel using it on their business cards. I see the change happening but I thought it would be quicker. I think the general public still doesn't recognize all of the advantages they can have by using the dot tel domain name as their root domain name. |
