For those people who still doubt the future success of .tel, please compare the product from 2009 and 2012.

    2009:
    People, wake up! 200912
In 2009 it was not even possible to insert a small logo!

    2012:
    People, wake up! 201210
For sure this won’t be the last improvement!

Don't forget you won't find any other DNS provider! The technology is exceptional and visionary!
If you want to take part in the upcoming development, the earlier you join the higher the chance you can register a nice domain name.
Or do you want to end up with http://IWasNotAbleToRegisterMyDesiredDomainName.tel ?

It will be successful when it provides a value that is greater than the more popular, free services !

Telnames is certainly a step in the right direction, but it's not there yet !

I know what you mean and ask the same question:
Why it is so complicated to change http://telpages.com into a directory like http://yelp.com ?
We have the nice templates from Telnames, why we can't present them nicely, too?

A good example of where .tel is heading - small businesses (or groups of them), 1-man traders and professionals.

Which is why I am going to let http://www.easywhois.com/?domain=frozenfoods.tel and http://www.easywhois.com/?domain=frozenfood.tel drop - they are too national/multinational to appeal to the Telnames target market as currently defined.

Work out the drop date and they could be yours - potentially useful if you want to set them up using the old Telnic subdomain format rather than the Telnames one.

Currently those are the targeted customers of Telnames.
But if .tel will become successful, I expect more group of customers than that will notice .tel.
And what is with all the domains at Telnic?
The sub domains have been invented for directories and bigger companies.
Hopefully one day the original concept of .tel can bring some support too.
