it doesn't answer your question, but disclaimers are the most useless and annoying content on the internet
nobody is reading them, don't bring any benefit to the editor, are invented for the value of attorneys and express only the fear of website administrators

Yes, you are right. I also do not like them. But I think that it is better to have a disclaimer on my website, because lot of crazy people live in Internet. Disclaimer for them could be like a stick which we have in a hand for defend against a mad street dog.

I have a sound sleep due to it.

If I place some info in my site, after some time that info could be no more valid or true. Also, I have a site with medical information, where I have herbal recipes and etc. So I think that it is better to warn user, that "nothing here is relaible" and that it is his risks if he will use that info.

I think that if there is a disclaimer, then it would be more difficult for them to make me guilty if they will fall from the ladder, for example, and broke their neck or some another tragic events will happen to them. People love when somebody warns them against something.

Here's a quote from a previous post I made about potential confusion a buyer of your .tel domain may have which can be covered in a "Disclaimer":

It's a good idea to make it clear when selling a Telnic .tel that it does NOT offer many of the features found in the Telnames .tel as shown in http://YourBusiness.tel

If you don't you may end up with an unhappy buyer, since the only marketing being done for .tel these days is of the Telnames variety, so any buyer is likely to have seen videos featuring .tels in Telnames format rather then the original Telnic subdomain style.

Besides, it makes TEL site look seriously and bring more respect for it.

It fit, as I understand, only when you sell your TEL. Perhaps, in disclaimer of informational directory it is not neccessary.

I completely forgot about PDF file. May be it would be better to use it for disclaimer.

It wouldn't be much use for the purpose I suggested in my post, since Telnic .tels do not have a PDF option, only Telnames .tels !

How the **** can .tel be promoted to "Joe Public" worldwide, effectively as a new internet product, when there are 2 distinct versions that are as different as chalk and cheese ?

And registrars, at the point of sale, don't warn you about this !

Can't custom disclaimers be stored in the whois text? with a small DC in a circle placed on the telpage like we have the copyright symbol but a button to open the page to it? thus it's still part of the domain and as the whois info has it's own legal applications aka it's specifically tailored to disclose information that is of a legal nature that is not to be abused etc it's all really the same, and it keeps it away from people who don't need to read it, so it's right there always linked to your domain just for the lawyers and snoopers and complainers.
    .
It seems to me if tel had a custom disclaimer it should utilize the same place it all ready has for information related to the domain of a legal nature that most people don't read aka the whois.
    .
I don't know if anything extra can be stored in a whois, but if telnic can store contact data in the DNS then they're the right people to upgrade their whois system to display custom disclaimers.
    .
Or at least a D in the middle of a C as the new symbol for disclaimer if it's not all ready been done.

    Yes, indeed!

Now I think may be it would be better to make a link to a page with disclaimer which will be stored on some distant image service, like Gravatar, Webasyst or etc.
