Telnames Disclaimer when selling Telnic .tels Empty Telnames Disclaimer when selling Telnic .tels

It's a good idea to make it clear when selling a Telnic .tel that it does NOT offer many of the features found in the Telnames .tel as shown in http://YourBusiness.tel

If you don't you may end up with an unhappy buyer, since the only marketing being done for .tel these days is of the Telnames variety, so any buyer is likely to have seen videos featuring .tels in Telnames format rather then the original Telnic subdomain style.

Click https://www.facebook.com/Domains123 to see the Disclaimer I use at the bottom of the post today to resolve this issue.

Telnames Disclaimer when selling Telnic .tels Empty Telnic/Telnames Disclaimer

Post by mikeseaton 2013-01-08, 9:25 am

When you sell a Telnic .tel the buyer may have seen .tels such as http://Ben.tel and http://YourBusiness.tel and quite reasonably assume that features such as background image, video, image gallery and offer coupon LOADABLE FROM THE CONTROL PANEL will be available to him/her.

We on the forum know that this in not the case with Telnic .tels, only with Telnames .tels, but the buyer may well feel dissatisfied when they discover the missing features in their newly-purchased Telnic .tel domain.

Here's a Disclaimer I've used on https://www.facebook.com/Domains123 to cover this:

Please note that if the WhoIs lookup at http://www.easywhois.com/ does not show the nameservers as NS1.TELNAMES.DNS.NIC.TEL (and NS2, NS3) you will need to transfer the .tel to Telnames after purchase to get the benefit of http://www.telnames.com/features

Please feel free to use this, or a modified version, on your own domain sales site.

But it says, powered by Telnames.com at the bottom thus anyone who claims they didn't know who runs it and where to get it is null, the same goes for all regular proxy tel domains that if allowed link back to telnic.
    .
I would say it's up to the branding of the reseller registrar of whom they approach to indicate which version and which additions they are paying for, it's not telnic/telnames job to disclaimer their tel pagesite when it's powered by linked.
    .
OH and theres and idea of what tel seems to becoming a "pagesite", not a website or only a contact card (telnames) but a pagesite like the newsiest Chinese proxy, tel domains are now pagesites that revolve around a specific brand/keyword services and can be directories or single page micro featurised presentations.
    .
We need flash and we need it asap like we need the wallets.
