Strange .tel domain names

Still a lot of good domain names for .tel are available.
Why people register such domains like yesterday: 10000000000m2.tel and 10000000000sqm.tel?

Automated acquisition? or a keyword domain related to an industrial/commercial warehousing space being sublet? aka 10,000.000.000 meter squared space to rent? and using that logic maybe someone would use the sub domains to manage tenants?

Someone may have figured they don't need to go by a cool short brand url they can app it aka absorb the data out and display it anyway they wish, so it maybe a whim name like kinda cool but just related to the space available.

It doesn't look like an automated registration, since there is a sense behind m2 and sqm.
But when typing the name you can miscount the zeros easily. And squaremeter.tel is still available at the moment!
