    Writing your e-mail address as "name (at) domain dot com" is futile - crawlers will match the pattern, amongst others. Still, if you want to do it then use a "Note" record type. It's also fairly trivial for computers to recognise text in images, unless you obfuscate heavily - as we do with CAPTCHA tests.

    Just use a spam filter
