    I am facing an issue with telcp.com application for tel owner.

    I could not find anywhere (tried many tel domain registered under my account) the function/button to add or edit a record although the delete is there.

    Any suggestion?

    Are you referring to the video records or all records in general?
    And is it on Desktop or Smartphone?
    Also browser version please?

    I get the same screen...may be i am missing something.

    How do you edit or add a record? Let say you want to add a web site, or phone number etc...

    If you see the same screen as above...

    1) to add a record click "Ad new Contact Details"
    You will find options.
    Select the number of records you wish to Add.
    You will see a window with options to add records.
    2) to edit records click "Edit Contact Details"
    You will see options.

    note: If you see a blank page just like what Jens has posted , then please let me know the Registrar(s) of your domain(s).

    So far, we are having similar (blank page) issues with two other clients.
    Still investigating to isolate the issue.
    We do have a rough idea as to what could be the reason, but cannot confirm it as yet.
