How to delete window "Private data may be available" ? In my menas.tel I would like to delete a window, which is on the right top side of tel-page, but I do not know how to do this. May be anybody can help me, please? Thanks. This window ↓↓↓ Private data may be available. To view, click here. |
Do you have any private data associated with the domain? If so, you will need to delete it and also delete any "friends" associated with the domain (see the "Friends" tab in your control panel). If you have the domain linked to a TelFriends account you may also need to remove the domain from the account. |
Howard, thank you very much! I looked at all folders and found one "private" contact. After removing it, that window disappeared. I future I will try to be very careful when marking something as a "private contact". . |
Hi, To make the window disappear, remove any private data from your domain and sub-domains. You can delete the data, move it to a different domain, or make it public. |
