Google rank .tel higher than main website! I was just reading the Telnic newsletter http://telnic.org/newsletters/dottelegraph-dec11.html and saw HMGov.tel Interestingly when I typed "hmgov" in to Google, HMGov.tel was no. 1 and 2. Then their main site HMGov.org. Further down their Twitter. Surprised me! Just thought I'd share. |

Cottingham.tel is on page 5 for "Cottingham"! That's not bad considering there are 4,990,000 results. |
I think one trick to rank well partially, is to select subdomain names that are close to what people are searching for. I recently added a large number of subdomains that are named after long tail search terms (eg landing zone procedures tcleose) that people are actually searching for. Gave each subdomain random related content as free text and a few weeks later starting getting hits. Each subdomain has a banner link to www.localtels.com for further related search results. Other tels have specific geo content created by my free geo tool https://www.telmasters.com/geo/geogen.php that builds geo subdomains. That is also working well for some categories. Conversely, I have long tail subdomains that so far get no hits. Mark |

backlinks cant seem to get any every time i email some one they dont reply |
I just had to pull my dot tel away from telmasters to hard to understand never again. |

add a folder add a new folder with quick tool. for the life of me i dont understand why we can not do all the things with in our dot tel rss feed ect. crazy no wonder the public dont get it..i dont! |
