    Take right amount of effort and you are done. 

    I am not selling domains because I cannot estimate right amount of effort and I find my Dot Tel domains too valuable to sell them. I am earning already on SEO features and visitors coming to buy our services.

    Yes, it is a dangerous hobby to buy .tel-domains because you can addict to them. I saw your portfolio of .tels at another post above ↑. I think that single words in Dutch language could be very valuable in future. I have also two Dutch words: schildеrij.tel andschilderijеn.tel.
