    Email forwarding - Domain Monster

For weeks now, I have been unable to set up email forwarding addresses on domains that were not previously active, through Domain Monster, nor amend or add to domain accounts where I already had a forwarder set up.

A prompt states "We have been unable to detect your .tel MX records." but there is no way to address this.

Calls for assistance to Domain Monster have been listened to, and assurances that the "Developers" were looking at the problem have been received but, no resolution!

    Has anyone else experienced this?

    Aled, can you assist please?

    Hi Blunderer,

Have you tried escalating to the CEO? http://matt.tel

    Regards
    Justin
