Aspect ratio of Logo

To Telnic,

The aspect ratio of the logo input needs to be corrected.
We have discussed this issue before.
So far nothing has changed.

If your uploaded photograph is a portrait, say 60x78 when re-sized (re-sized before upload) to fit to the recommended dimensions by Telnic, your face will look chubby when seen by others in the desktop/mobile proxy.
This is because Telnic maintains a fixed width/height of 78x78 for the logo.

The logo/photograph will look natural if this is corrected to display the actual ratio.
It is difficult to request people to crop their photographs before uploading.

Regards

Thank you for the suggestion TelCP. As with all suggestions made, we have added this to the list which is reviewed regularly. Assuming the height of the logo is maintained, then clearly there is a potential impact on the width and what that then happens with regards to the title bar, but I appreciate that not all users have or can create a square image and as such it can be an issue for them.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you by reCaptcha.
I know it's a kind of nuisance, but can't do without it.

If you move your mouse just above the "speaker icon", you will see "Get a new challenge".
Click that icon to get a new better looking (clear) code.
Submit only if you think the code is correct.

Otherwise you can PM your email and a temporary password to me to create an account.
I will create the account for you from here. You will then get an email for verification.
After verification you can change the password to anything you like.

After you change the password, TELcp administrators will not be able to readit it as all passwords are encrypted with unique salt.

Cheers!

More than 200 tel owners have gone through this registration process without any difficulty.
reCaptcha or similar protection is required to protect the registration system from bots.
Hope you understand this.

You can now use the username/password and login (to telOwner).
I tried it works. Your account is already created.

And please DO NOT forget to change your password.

My Pleasure.
You can now play around. No harm to our system or to your tel domains.
But always REMEMBER to read any message with warning which requires your password before proceeding for the next action (i.e. delete tel pages etc).

Enjoy!

If you need it longer than a day, then you should grant access for "Forever".
Then later on you can always revoke access from your account at CTH.

After revoking access, you will not be able to access that domain's account through TELcp.
However, there is an option in TELcp to re-enable the access once again through TELcp if you decide to continue even after few months.
But remember, any changes (create/delete folders) made through CTH will not reflect on the account at TELcp after re-enabling the access for the second time.

To overcome this, there is another option in TELcp to remove the domain and resubmit it.
Always read the warning notices if any before going ahead.

Cheers!
